At the moment I am reading like my life depends on it. No… not really, but once I start reading I can’t put my books down. Very annoying when you know you should be mowing the lawn, cleaning the house, do some shopping, etc. But I can’t help myself.
Lately I have been reading a lot of books by Louise Bagshawe. Her books are about powerful women in high octane situations. It is kind of strange that I read about women who are so differently from myself. In a way I can’t really relate to them, but I do love to read about them, even though I usually know how the book is going to end after reading the first couple of chapters. Her novels are just so easy to read and you just turn page after page after page until you’ve finished it.
Currently I am reading When she was bad. Little sneakpeak: Lita and Rebecca are worlds apart. From the tough streets of the Bronx, Lita is determined to succeed whatever the cost. Privileged Rebecca has never wanted for anything. And when she inherits an estate in England, it’s just the start of a whole new life. Linked by betrayal, Rebecca and Lita are set against each other. Until they discover that revenge can be very sweet indeed . . .
